I invite you to join me for an authentic and unforgettable experience that blends tradition, flavors, and conviviality. Our day begins with a stroll through the colorful and fragrant Ortigia market, where we’ll choose fresh, seasonal ingredients directly from local producers.

After the market, we’ll head to my home kitchen, a cozy space where the magic happens. Together, we’ll prepare a typical Sicilian menu, following recipes passed down through generations. Don’t worry if you’re not an expert—this experience is designed for everyone, from beginners to passionate food lovers.

Once our creations are ready, we’ll sit down to enjoy the fruits of our labor, paired with fine Sicilian wine and lots of laughter.

More than just a cooking class, this is an opportunity to discover the soul of Sicily through its flavors and warm hospitality.
